This is a little gem of a wedding venue situated in the heart of Cheshire and steeped in so much history. I am very privileged to be one of Wincham Hall's preferred suppliers for wedding photography at this lovely quirky venue.

Wincham Hall Hotel or 'Winunderham' was first mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1087 as belonging to 'Dot', a free man. This didn't last long though and it was soon passed into the hands of Gilbert De Venebles following the Norman Conquest.

During World War 2 the building was badly bombed as were most Stately Homes, and only part of the main building was left standing. This is now the main centre piece of the Hall, complete with quirky features and uneven floors and maybe even the odd ghost!!!

Now a family run hotel, the rest has been extended and a superb modern chapel built on the side to allow weddings to go ahead here.

As a preferred wedding photographer at Wincham Hall, I love to be able to make use of their 6 acres of private gardens. These are perfect for wedding photography portraits and plenty of room to feature your wedding car in the photographs. I also know of a cheeky location nearby if you would like to nip off for a stunning sunset portrait to finish off your wedding album.
